If you’re looking for a quick, easy, tasty and beautiful hors d’oeuvre to serve for a holiday party, this one is for you! It’s basically a caprese salad with tomatoes, pesto and baby bocconcini, made into a festive wreath. This one is all about the presentation! I took this to a party the other night, we arrived really late, so people had already been eating but it still disappeared in minutes. These little tomatoes are so easy to pop into your mouth and the surprise is the pesto inside…no one is expecting it!
