Doesn’t everyone serve chili on Super Bowl Sunday? If you don’t… you’re going to want to try this recipe! My friend Lisa Breckenridge shared it on her blog, Happily Lisa, and I made it for dinner last night! I sent Baldy to the grocery story and, as is sometimes the case, he didn’t get the exact items on my list, so I had to tweak the recipe just a bit. It ended up being so delicious even though I didn’t follow the recipe exactly. The recipe I’m sharing today is the “tweaked” version. This chili recipe is one of the easiest I’ve ever made and it’s such a crowd pleaser! If you’re having a large crowd for the Super Bowl, or anytime, feel free to double or triple. You can’t mess this one up! I served it with avocado, sour cream, grated cheese, cilantro, green onions, jalapeno cornbread and of course, lime chips! I hope you enjoy!

So, this jared my memory and I remember now the recipe I was looking for, a "Margarita" recipe. I think you posted a Margarita recipe using a beer in the mix, genius. I still need to try it. That’s how I came across you blog… lol

Omg…that is the best margarita ever! It’s a frozen margarita and they are so addictive! I make them all summer long! You should definitely try very soon! I’m really glad you’re into spirituality and margaritas…such a good combo…IMHO!
