Summer is my favorite time of the year. Even when I’m not at the beach or on vacation somewhere, the days just seem easier and there is always the promise of a fun trip around the corner. I love summer food (fresh veggies), summer entertaining, lots of sunshine, summer clothing (it’s so much easier to get dressed) and summer evenings sitting on the porch.

In light of all of the negative images we’re seeing on the news, I thought I would do a post with beautiful images and quotes about summer that will hopefully be inspiring, or at the very least, just make you feel good. Most of these images are from Pinterest where I find so much inspiration!
