Good Morning

I woke up this morning to a mostly black Instagram feed. As I scrolled, I felt sad and hopeful at the same time. It has been my goal over the past years that Crazy Blonde Life be a place of inspiration, hope, fun and a respite from the pressures of life. I want to make you all smile, inspire you to live your best life, give you ideas for dinner and talk about all the things that make life worth living.

However, this is not a normal day and I am at a loss as to what to say. I know that many people are hurting right now and I honor that and want to support equality and anti-racism.

This is a dark and scary time in our history but I am hopeful that it is a time of awakening. Awakening to a new and better way to live together and honor our differences. For most of us, this will be a lifelong journey of learning and we will make mistakes because we carry unconscious biases.
