A Cropped Jacket and My New Favorite White Blouse

01

Happy Spring! I’m so excited that spring is finally and officially here! Today is going to be glorious with highs in the 70’s…my kind of day!

I’ve been a little MIA lately and trying to figure out how to fit everything in. I’m sure you’ve noticed that I’ve been cooking more and more and having so much fun, but it takes a huge amount of time to plan the videos, grocery shop, make the videos for Instagram (I hope you’re following me), clean up the kitchen, type the recipes and photograph everything! I am absolutely loving it, but as I said…it’s time consuming!

I actually have thought about becoming just a food blogger, but I don’t think I can give up the lifestyle piece! One of my greatest passions is learning about spirituality and putting what I learn into practice in my life and then sharing here on Crazy Blonde Life! I also really love fashion, decor and travel! So…please be patient with me as I navigate this new part of my life…I’m still on my Journey of Becoming! I’m excited to see where this all leads and want to be open to new possibilities! I know people are enjoying the cooking videos and recipes and that’s fun for me!

Today…I’m sharing a fashion trend for spring 2023…the cropped jacket! This trend is far from new, but it’s back for spring in every way imaginable! I’m also sharing a new-to-me brand called Brochu Walker. Read on for more…

My daughter and I had a shopping and lunch day (my favorite) last Saturday and discovered discovered a great little boutique called Gena Chandler. The boutique was filled with well curated pieces and it was hard to make a decision! It is always my preference to shop in a small boutique because I find large department stores overwhelming!

I purchased the cute cropped denim jacket (how many denim jackets does one girl need), and the fabulous white blouse I’m wearing! White blouses can be hard in my opinion, and this one by Brucho Walker is perfect! It’s made of crisp cotton, it’s opaque and fits to a tee! I love it tucked on one side with the cropped jacket.

When I got home with my prizes, I looked up Brucho Walker online and fell in love with so many pieces on the website! I would describe this brand as casual, yet sophisticated and it’s perfect for my lifestyle so I’m sure you’ll be seeing much more of these pieces here on the blog! I’ve created a boutique of some of my favorites below but be sure to check out the website!

These pictures were taken after a day of making cooking videos! I’m really trying to find some balance right now…it’s hard because I’m having fun but my life is falling apart in other areas! My laundry is piled high and my little puppy desperately wants a walk! I’m sure I’ll figure it all out…In life, the chaos comes and the chaos goes but we learn and grow along the way! To that end, I encourage you to take on new adventures and phases in life, ride out the chaos and know that it’s all leading to a richer life! There is so much out there, but you have to be willing to take a chance and ride out the storm!
