What a year we’re having. Life as we know it has changed in many ways for everyone. It’s safe to say that summer feels a bit different this year.
While we may not be jet-setting around the world to beautiful destinations, it doesn’t mean we can’t still enjoy the simple side of what summer has to offer. Think of it this way… you can spend your travel budget on a few new splurges for your closet!
When it comes to my summer style this year, I’m keeping things very simple and laid back (with the exception of the dress below…I couldn’t help myself). Most of my days involve sitting at my computer, running a few errands and cooking. A trip to the beach is one of the few road trips we’ve taken. Dressing practically is the key to comfort and I’m all about the comfort. I’m sharing a few outfits that have been on my Instagram lately and I’ve also found some similar pieces that you’ll love!

I too am doing pretty much the same in terms of computer, errands and cooking (except for my hiatus with new grandbaby:) Hoping to get away somewhere near here though…
