The Most Wonderful Time of the Year!
It’s hard to believe it’s already time for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale again! I’ve been shopping this sale since I started blogging and believe me when I say that there are savings to be had! I remember when I started Crazy Blonde Life, I always saw other bloggers talking about the sale and it made me want to shop! It’s like Christmas in July and I look forward to it every year!
It works like this…
Every year in July, Nordstrom has a sale and marks down brand new fall merchandise for a short period of time…this year, it’s between July 9 and August 4. After August 4, prices go back up again and if you snooze…you loose!
It’s so nice to be able to shop fall items for yourself, stock up on beauty items, home decor and do a little Christmas shopping and get everything on sale! I always purchase a few things for my daughters and grandchildren and definitely one or two big ticket items for myself that I wouldn’t normally buy. This year, I’m purchasing a stroller for my daughter who is expecting and I’m thrilled that I can get the stroller she wants for less!
During the sale, things do sell out, but they are restocked quickly, so don’t despair if an item(s) you want is out of stock because chances are, you’ll be able to get it quickly.
The most important thing is to go ahead and get a Nordstrom Card if you don’t already have one so you can take advantage of Nordy Club benefits and shop the sale early for the best selection! Nordstrom Cardholders can shop starting July 9 (depending on your Nordy Club status). I am an ambassador so I can start shopping on July 10. Public access to the sale is July 15 and only shopping begins at 12:01 am EST.
The sale preview has begun and you can make a wish list with everything you think you may want to purchase that will make shopping easier and quicker once the sale begins! The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale features absolutely every category you can imagine from fall clothing, home decor, children’s items, candles, and luggage. You can save on thousands of items and the earlier you start shopping, the better your chances of getting the item you want!
I’m including some of the items from the sale that are on my wish list below. I highly encourage you to make a wishlist if you’re going to shop the sale! I’m all about updating my fall wardrobe at great prices and doing a little Christmas shopping in July!
