As the weather changes, I like to do a little fall beauty refresh! That doesn’t mean replacing everything in the bathroom cabinet…sometimes it’s adding a little more hydration, trying a new lip color or finding a product that makes an everyday routine feel a little more luxurious. Today, I’m sharing 14 products I’ve used, loved and would recommend if you’re ready for a little fall beauty refresh!

Rodan + Fields
Rodan + Fields was founded by dermatologists Dr. Katie Rodan and Dr. Kathy Fields, with a focus on skincare that addresses concerns such as uneven tone, fine lines and loss of firmness (hello everyone over 40!). I’ve been using Rodan + Fields on and off for years and think the company is better now than ever. They’ve continued to introduce new products and refine their formulas. I fell in love with their eye serum over the summer and these two serums also caught my attention…after using them, I wanted to share.

This Pure C Serum from Rodan + Fields contains 10% pure vitamin C to help brighten dull skin, improve the appearance of uneven tone and support collagen production. Its water-free, oil-free formula helps keep the vitamin C stable which is a thoughtful detail with an ingredient that can lose potency over time. Use this serum in the morning…let dry fully and then apply the Total RF Serum (below) and follow with moisturizer and sunscreen. Use code SUZANNE25 at checkout for 25% off your order!

Total RF Serum addresses several concerns in one formula, including fine lines, uneven texture and loss of firmness. Designed to help skin look smoother, plumper and more radiant, it’s a more comprehensive treatment for anyone looking beyond a single targeted benefit. Use morning and evening consistently!
Oak Essentials
You may know Jenni Kayne for her clothing and beautiful home collections, but she also founded Oak Essentials in 2021. Her skincare and body products bring that same sense of everyday luxury to the bathroom, with rich textures and wonderful scents.

Oak Essentials Perfecting Body Scrub
I’ve loved everything I’ve ever tried from Oak Essentials, and their Perfecting Body Scrub is no exception. It smells wonderful and feels so luxurious to use after lathering up in the shower. I love the exfoliation…it’s one of those little things that makes an everyday shower feel like a treat!

Oak Essentials Antioxidant Hand Serum
Another Oak Essentials favorite! Their Antioxidant Hand Serum lets us gives our hands some of the attention we give our faces, with a formula designed to soften the look of wrinkles and dark spots while adding moisture. It absorbs quickly and has a Cashmere Musk scent with notes of lavender and vetiver…so luxurious! Apply it before hand cream, and finish with sunscreen during the day. This may seem like a lot, but speaking as someone who has hands that look old…it’s worth it!
Obagi Skincare
Obagi has been developing skincare for more than 35 years, with a focus on research and clinical testing. You may know the brand for its treatments for dark spots and fine lines, but its range also includes products for fuller-looking lashes and brows.

Obagi Nu-Cil Eyebrow Boosting Serum
Thinning eyebrows are one of those changes that can sneak up on us as we get older! Obagi’s Nu-Cil Eyebrow Boosting Serum is designed to help sparse, patchy brows look fuller and denser. I’ve been using it for about two months now and can see a definite difference. This is definitely one I’m sticking with!
Armani
Armani brings the same sense of luxury to beauty that you’ll find in its fashion, with beautiful textures, flattering colors and sleek packaging.

Armani Eye Tint Liquid Eyeshadow
Okay this is one I just ordered…I was influenced by influencers! Armani’s Eye Tint Liquid Eyeshadow in Cashew is a warm tan with a matte finish…an easy neutral for everyday makeup. The lightweight formula blends into a soft wash of color, or you can build it up for more definition. A simple way to make your eyes look finished without getting out an entire palette!
Farmacy
Farmacy combines farm-sourced ingredients with skincare science, with an emphasis on sustainability and cruelty-free products. I first discovered Farmacy years ago when we were in Newport Rhode Island and have used their products off and on since then!

Farmacy Lip Smoothie in Honey Vanilla was originally gifted to me, but I loved it so much that I’ve since purchased it myself. I use it every single morning and night…it’s become one of those products I don’t want to be without!

Farmacy Honey Milk Hydrating Essence
Another Farmacy favorite is Honey Milk Hydrating Essence, a lightweight, milky formula that adds an extra layer of moisture before your serums and moisturizer. It combines Hawaiian white honey and chamomile to soothe skin, plus ceramides to help support its moisture barrier. I love the way it feels on my skin, and knowing a little about the ingredients makes me enjoy using it even more!
Fenty Beauty
Rihanna created Fenty Beauty with the idea that beauty should include everyone, offering shades for a wide range of skin tones. It’s one of my favorite brands for lipstick and lip gloss! I also love their highlighters.

Fenty Beauty’s Gloss Bomb Stix in Lust Bunny is my fall lip! This is such a delicious color and it’s the finishing touch I’ve been loving with all the chocolate brown in my fall wardrobe lately.
Ranavat
Michelle Ranavat created her brand, Ranavat as a way to share her Indian heritage and the beauty traditions she grew up with. Her skincare combines ingredients used in Ayurveda, including saffron sourced from Kashmir, with modern skincare science.

Ranavat’s Brightening Retinol Eye Crème combines micro-encapsulated retinol with saffron and bakuchi seed, bringing together familiar skincare science and ingredients used in Ayurveda. It’s designed to soften the appearance of fine lines and dark circles for smoother, more rested-looking eyes. This one belongs in your evening routine…you’ll wake up looking your best!
OLAS Oral Beauty Care
OLAS was created by New York dentist and surfer Dr. Christopher Perez, bringing together his work in oral care and his love of the ocean. His passion for ocean conservation also shapes the brand’s approach to sustainability, including glass packaging for several of its mouthrinse sizes.

OLAS Marine Bio-Active Mouthrinse
OLAS Marine Bio-Active Mouthwash is an alcohol-free mouth rinse that combines marine ingredients with botanical extracts to freshen breath. The essential oils and other natural ingredients are part of what I like about using it. I also appreciate the glass bottle used for this 375 mL size…one less plastic bottle on the bathroom counter, and a beautiful one at that! This is such a great product that I’ll be reordering…trust me on this!

OLAS Marine Bio-Active Whitening Toothpaste
The OLAS toothpaste follows the same ocean-inspired approach, with sea salt, seaweed extracts and sea buckthorn in a formula designed to clean teeth and help lift surface stains. It’s cruelty-free and made without SLS or artificial colors. Beyond the products themselves, the founder’s interest in ocean conservation is part of the company’s story…something I appreciate knowing about a product I use every single day.
Mara
MARA was founded by Allison McNamara, who built the skincare line around an algae blend harvested off the coasts of Ireland and France. The company combines marine ingredients with modern skincare science, with the idea that taking care of your skin doesn’t need to be complicated.

Sometimes a name says it all and who wouldn’t want to use a Pearl Peptide Glaze. Mara Pearl Peptide Glaze is a lightweight, milky essence that hydrates and helps skin look smoother, firmer, and more luminous. Use it after cleansing and before your serums and moisturizer, or as a hydrating prep step before makeup. A little glow is always welcome and I love this product!
That’s the beauty roundup for today…I hope you find something new to incorporate into your fall skincare routine!
I really appreciate that many of these companies pay attention to using sustainable ingredients, packaging and their impact on the environment. Those things matter to me, and they’re part of what interests me about clean beauty. Of course, I also want products I enjoy using and feel good recommending…and these are a few I’ve been loving!
Thanks so much for reading today!

At age 72 I am more interested in taking care of my skin than makeup these days. And I am hoping that my talking about skin care is rubbing off on my girls and grandchildren. Always appreciate what you are trying and sharing!
