I’m fascinated by Ruth Bader Ginsburg and I can’t wait to see this movie! I’m a little late taking about it, but I know it will be great!

Hi Suzanne, Your June ideas are great. I want to see RGB also – it’s playing at the Chelsea Theatre in Chapel Hill. Have you been there? They play independent films that are hard to find outside of large cities. Waking Up In Paris looks intriguing. Thanks for your blogs!
Let me know if you want to go! I did go there once to see a Wes Anderson film…we don’t get those in Burlington haha! I am enjoying the book, very timely for me right now, but also just love anything about Paris! Thank you so much for reading!
Great ideas for June! Love them all. I think that movie will be interesting too. And these recipes look so fabulous. So much to do so little time!

That’s the truth Cheryl! It seems like I get up and the day is over…! Thanks for reading!
Hi Suzanne,
So many great ideas! I’m taking my daughter to the airport in a few days, then I will have some time to plan a few fun things for myself to do this summer. What I’m most looking forward to is long days painting in my little studio, and some fun beach evenings with bonfires, food, friends and family.
I will also be on the lookout for that book, because #1: Paris, and #2: reading in the swing on my porch is also one of my favorite ways to spend a lazy afternoon!
I’m heading your direction in August to get my youngest situated in a new apartment for her last semester at App State. August in NC is not ideal, but the hot weather after living with our cool Pacific Ocean breezes all year long makes it feel like vacation to me! Even if I will be schlepping boxes and furniture up and down stairs. Ugh!
Your posts always inspire me!
Xo Heidi
Hi Heidi!
I remember those days of schlepping all too well and I’m not sure they’re over yet as my youngest is moving home while her husband is deployed next spring! They will then be moving to Virginia Beach!
I do love Boone, especially in the summer because the weather in the mountains is sooo nice compared to hear! I wouldn’t mind experiencing the Pacific Ocean breezes at some point in my life, preferably soon!
Your summer plans sound really fun! Reading on the porch (or on the beach) is the best when the weather is nice! Thank you for reading! Have a great day!
