One of the saddest things that is happening in my life right now is that my daughter Lauren and her husband, Chris are moving to Atlanta.  This weekend, Hudson stayed with us while they went to look for a place to live!  I am going to miss him so much that it hurts just to think about it.  I took these pictures when he woke up Saturday morning.  He still had sleepy eyes.  These moments are so special and I treasure every moment that I spend with him.  He has a small bruise on his cheek from when he was walking around holding a candle and fell on it.  One of his favorite things to do is to blow out all the candles in the house.

I wanted to take his picture in the sunroom because the light is so good, but the only way I could get him to be still was to give him some Valentine’s Day chocolate.  I promise he only ate one!

Ok now on to the Super Bowl Chili!  This recipe is for a Black Bean and Sweet Potato Chili!  This recipe is great for a crowd because it is vegetarian and gluten free so everyone can eat it!  Also, you can’t believe how good radishes are on chili!  I hope you’ll try this recipe because it’s hearty, healthy and delicious!
