I almost didn’t write this post. It feels strange, maybe even a little wrong, to talk about leopard print when everything feels like it’s unraveling. I’ve been sitting with that tension for days and it feels very heavy. But…then I thought about what getting dressed has always meant to women, especially during hard times. It’s never really been frivolous. It’s been a quiet refusal to disappear and showing up is more important than ever right now. So today I’m showing up because joy is not the opposite of paying attention. It might actually be part of the resistance!
The idea for this post came when I ordered a pair of leopard pants from Cabi…they’re denim and have a slight barrel leg. I thought they would be so easy to style, but when I reached for the things I thought would easily work, somehow they didn’t. So…I went to Pinterest for inspiration and found some really good ideas…leopard paired in ways I hadn’t considered, skirts and pants styled with unexpected pieces. I’m going to be creating looks with my new pants over the next few days, but first I wanted to share what caught my eye and the pictures I’ll use for styling inspo.

I am such a visual person and finding pictures on Pinterest for inspiration is always so helpful when I’m feeling stumped! I’m planning to make a few collages later this afternoon that I’ll add to the post and then later in the week, I’ll do a post with my pants and different ways I styled them! I hope this post has been helpful!
I’ve linked a few pairs of leopard pants and tops to go with them in the boutique below! I’m especially loving bright spring colors styled with leopard!
Thanks so much for reading today and remember that we have to keep showing up…women’s voices need to be heard now! If you’re interested – I wrote a Substack post yesterday and you can read it here…no pictures, no links, just how I’m feeling!

I almost didn’t read this but am so glad I did. I was afraid it was going to be full of more “misinformation” instead of your true self and where you are in your personal journey. I agree we do need to stand together but most importantly we need to stop putting each other down. I very much enjoy reading your posts. You have not only a beautiful way with words, I can tell what you write is well thought out; not just regurgitated nonsense. Thank you from the bottom of my well dressed heart!
Hi Kristen
As women we have to stand together and lift each other up. I’m so glad you decided to read the post and enjoyed it! I love to write and share my journey which is always leading me down unexpected paths!
