I have been on the lookout for some black pants with a straight leg. I looked at leather ones, but they are so expensive and I do have a pair of leather skinny jeans that I love. I finally found these straight leg faux leather jeans from Mother Denim and I’m officially obsessed. I’ve already worn them three times and they just arrived on Wednesday…so I guess that means I’ve worn them everyday but today and it’s still early!

These pants are really comfortable and they’re black so they go with everything. I think they’re a great wardrobe update because of the cropped length and straight leg. I love them with lug sole booties but they’ll also be great with heels or a dressier boot. I paired them with a black wool and cashmere sweater from Vince, Prada booties and sunglasses and a great furry coat from BB Dakota (very affordable and warm).

I’ve been trying to not shop lately because I’m saving up for a designer bag that I have my eye on and every little bit counts! I tend to pull the trigger on shoes more often than bags for some reason, but I’ve decided it’s time to up my handbag game. This one might not be practical but I love it!
