In this episode, I share some of my life story and talk about the reasons I started on a Journey of self discovery and talk about what I’ve learned along the way! As you know, life is a never ending journey and it’s full of twists and turns!
What I’ve discovered is this…everyone has a story to tell, especially if you’ve made it to midlife! My story has become a gift but it took a while for me to realize that! After doing much inner work and doing an honest deep dive into myself, I began to heal and learn how to love myself. I’ve been able to turn my pain into purpose and my mission is inspire you to do the same! I believe that our stories can be someones survival guide…but only we if we share them! I hope you enjoy!
