Super Super Bowl Recipe – Air Fryer Salmon Bites with Homemade Ranch Dip

01

When I first saw this recipe,I knew I would be trying it because as you’ve probably figured out…I love salmon! I also don’t use my air fryer as often as want to and this was the perfect opportunity to put it to use and make something delicious! The only thing I would strongly recommend is having your fish monger take the skin off of the salmon for you because it’s such a pain to do it yourself!

This recipe comes together in a blink and I promise if anyone is home when you make it, they’ll be standing around waiting to eat a fresh, warm, delicious salmon bite as soon as they come out of the air fryer! I’m usually not a ranch lover, but making a homemade ranch dip is a game changer and so easy that I’m sure I’ll never buy ranch in a bottle again! These salmon bits are perfect for any occasion…I even served them with coconut rice (my go to) and avocado last night for dinner because I made so many! When I first saw the recipe I thought it would be great for a Super Bowl snack, but be sure to make plenty because these delicious little nuggets go quickly! The recipe is below…let me know if you try this and please guys…leave a comment!

A squeeze of fresh lemon makes these bites even more irresistible and I sprinkled a little of my favorite Honey Aleppo Seasoning over the entire platter. This is entirely optional, but very delicious! I use this seasoning on everything…there is nothing like it!

I hope you’re having a great weekend! The sun is shining here and it’s cold but beautiful!

Ok now this is my kind of food.

I love fish and eat it as a often as I can and your dinner description is exactly what I ate a couple of nights ago…though mine was grilled salmon and the rice was coconut lime rice with a side of sauteed bell peppers as well as the avacado.

    Yum.

Now I just need to get an air fryer to try your version!

I’ve hesitated on buying one due to me thinking it would be an appliance that I wouldn’t use much (I don’t fry many foods due to the fact alot of grease makes me feel sluggish and gross) but more and more I’m running across recipes that actually sound like stuff I eat (alot of veggies…I’m not a full blown vegetarian but it’s close and I came across a vegetable pot sticker/dumpling recipe I would love to try) so I’ll have to read up on air fryers to see what would suit our needs the best.

Oh and having read your previous posts…Miami or anyplace beachy and warm sounds like heaven…it’s a balmy 28 degrees here. Brrr.

      Hi April

We love fish as well and the sauteed peppers sound like an amazing addition to this dinner!
You really should get an air fryer! You can make so many things in a much healthier way! I recently tried artichokes in mine and they were amazing! There are so many recipes on Instagram and I think you would use for everything!
And yes…Miami was a nice respite, even if there was work involved! Thank you so much for reading!

Hi there. Love your site. Just wondering, what brand of airfryer do you own? We are looking to buy one so we can try your salmon bites recipe.

    Thanks.
