Burrata with Lemon & Basil has all the summer feels and the flavors explode in your mouth! The combination of lemon and basil, creamy burrata and olive oil with a piece of warm garlicky toast and just a touch of salt and flakes of pepper…it’s just indescribably delicious and takes literally 10 minutes to put together! Add a glass of wine and this could easily be dinner on a hot night!

This appetizer is not only delicious, but the basil and lemon are so aromatic and it’s so pretty! I would also make this as an amazing first course for grilled fish or chicken. Summer is about simple, fresh food and spending time outside!
