The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale opened to the public yesterday and if you’re going to shop…do it quickly because things are really selling out!

I didn’t purchase much this year, but I got a few really great pieces that I think will be great going into fall and winter! My favorite purchase is this faux leather dress from Theory! It looks and feels so much like real leather and it’s very cute styled with bare legs and booties now and will be great with tall boots and tights when the weather gets cooler!

I styled this dress with boots that I’ve had for several years (similar linked) and a Louis Vuitton bag. Just putting this outfit on made me feel excited for fall!

When the weather starts to get cooler in the fall, I live in jeans, sweaters and booties…I guess you could call it my uniform. My favorite sweaters are from Vince and every year during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, I try to get a new one while they’re on sale! This year, I purchased this really soft black v-neck. I paired it with Moussy jeans and Tory Burch lug sole booties. The lug sole is going to a big trend again this fall and winter so if you haven’t gotten any yet, now is the time!
