For the first time ever, Baldy and I won’t be with family on Easter…because we’re going to be on a cruise. I didn’t check the dates before I booked and we can’t change it at this point. I’m planning to get everyone together before Easter to have a family lunch! I always make some kind of salmon and mac & cheese for the kids.
