I’m back today with ideas for perfectly styled outfits for the week! It’s such a busy time of the year and knowing what you’re going to put on in the morning shouldn’t be stressful!
Here are a few ideas to use as inspiration to recreate similar looks! I’m in love with each of these looks (especially the pink) that can be recreated easily with items from your closet! As always, use these ideas as inspiration to create your own style!
It could just be the color palette that inspires you…or even the idea of adding a scarf. Have fun with these looks and see what you come up with!
To recreate this outfit, I would wear a cream colored crewneck sweater because I don’t have the cardigan. I have slingback shoes that are very similar to these and I have a similar coat, bag and sunglasses. I definitely overthink my outfits at times, but most often…simple is best!

I do really love this pink, especially in the winter when everything seems to get drab. I get tired of grey and black and pink is a welcome and cheerful color to wear! It’s great with silver, but gold metallic shoes would also work just as well. I do also have silver faux leather pants that would look amazing with pink! I’ll have to play around with this one, but the inspiration is still there and who knows what I may come up with!

This is such a great winter look! I just purchased a very similar sweater from J. Crew (on sale for $69.50) that I’ll wear to recreate this look and I might just purchase the brown bag because I think it’s one that I would wear often! You could also flip it and wear a cream sweater with brown pants or jeans or just a solid sweater! The pattern could come from a scarf. I just love the color palette of cream and brown!
Also…if you don’t have a gold chunky chain in your wardrobe, it’s a great purchase that dresses up sweaters and blouses! I would say the same about a pair of off white or cream jeans! I wear them mine all year long!

One item I do not own is a pair of black trousers and I probably should invest because they are so versatile! Wear them casually with sneakers as shown here, or dress them up with a pair of boots or heels. A striped sweater is also a closet essential that you’ll wear right into spring!

A festive look for the holidays with a bit of a retro look! The square toe boots and flare jeans are a perfect combination and the coat pulls the look together perfectly! It’s time to pull out your red sweater and consider wearing it with a pair of white or cream booties instead of the more predictable black!

A little sparkle for the holiday!
I’ve always loved vintage and have a small collection of vintage jewelry including a pair of gorgeous rhinestone earrings. They have a screw on post which isn’t the most comfortable thing in the world, but they are fabulous! They have a matching necklace but I rarely wear them together because it’s a lot! I also have a vintage red velvet clutch that I would wear with this outfit instead of the black bag. I found a few pairs of vintage earrings on Etsy that you may like…you can shop below!

Sundays are for being comfortable and it’s getting cold here! I don’t own a puffer but maybe it’s time!
It’s 6:05 am as I finish this post! I got up early because I knew my day would be busy! I’m filming my Holiday House Tour today and spent the weekend putting the finishing touches on our holiday decor! I can’t wait to share it with you! And now…it’s time to start the day!
Have you finished shopping and decorating for the holidays? Let me know in the comments! I hope you’ve enjoyed this post and thank you so much for reading today!

Always love outfit inspiration! Especially when shopping my closet! Yes, it’s cold here (Northern CA) too! Time to bundle up! Thank you, Suzanne! Happy Holidays!
Hi Barbara
We have had the craziest weather…warm in the 60’s and then cold! I’m just pretending it’s winter and dressing accordingly!
I hope you’re finding some great items in your closet (I’m sure you are) and adding a few fun pieces as well! Merry Christmas Barbara!
Who can really afford this? We all have kids and they need cloths too. Become real!!!
Where to start on this rude comment! Clearly you did not read the post! I post these collages as outfit inspiration and my suggestion is that you look through your closet to find pieces that are similar or take inspiration from a color palette. I’m actually trying to be helpful and I’ve also done stories on my Instagram with items from my own closet that are similar to the collages.
I will also add that everyone has a different budget and everyone doesn’t have kids.
I am very real…I have been a single mom and I will say that for most of my life, I have worked my ass off! Even now at 60 years old, I word at least 10 hours a day! I got up at 4:30 this morning and started working.
I have 3 daughters and 4 grandchildren. I would say to you…Become nice…it feels much better!
This is my space and if you don’t care to follow me, you don’t have to but I don’t appreciate your comment especially when obviously, you didn’t read my post!
