Over the past few weeks, I’ve been really thinking about what it means to show up for myself…and more importantly, I’ve been taking action. Here’s why…

In order to grow and thrive, we must honor the truest expression of who we are. Who are you at your core, what do you love to do, what do you desire to bring into your life?

These are important questions, but the more important question is this…

What are you doing about it? Are you showing up for yourself in a way that will enable you to evolve and bring your desires into your life, or are you unconsciously sabotaging yourself?

I believe that our job is to lean into our lives, honor our truth, our desires, our dreams, and become more of who we are every day.

Quiet the story in your head that’s keeping you stuck…Listen to your Soul because it knows the way to everything you’ve ever wanted.

What I’ve found is this…when I honor myself, when I show up fully and keep my word to me…magic happens in ways I could never imagine!

This isn’t always easy. It means taking a look at the dark places and shining a light on them. It means conscious change that can and probably will be uncomfortable.

Doing this inner work makes a profound difference but when you choose to be courageous, it will be reflected back to you!

It’s been a minute since I posted…my life is…let’s just say full right now!

I have truly been doing some serious self reflection over the past week and trying to be conscious in every moment…asking myself why I’m doing, saying, thinking whatever it is, in the moment. I’ve been adding those Goddess moments – a cup of tea, a beautiful candle, sitting down to eat, etc. All of this has made my days more productive and my evenings more satisfying.

More on all of this later as I really process it all!
