I’m not a big football fan and I’ll confess that I don’t even know who’s playing in the Super Bowl this year, but I do love to make yummy appetizers and feed everyone! Even though it’s doubtful that we’ll have people over this year, I’m still going to make it a party and have fun cooking! Why not…right?

Yesterday afternoon, I decided to try out this recipe for Buffalo Chicken Meatballs and it did not disappoint! These meatballs are easy to make and really delicious! They’re a little spicy, but I promise…you can’t eat just one!

If you want to spice up your meatballs, you can brush them with more sauce when they come out of the oven. This also obviously makes them messier, but either way, you’ll still love them!
