June arrived with a bang, ushering in the lively spirit of summer. The languid days are now upon us, with the heavy humidity of the South filling the air. It’s the perfect time to relax, bask in the sun, and embrace the season’s vibrant energy. These are the days to infuse our surroundings with bright, bold colors—through lively fabrics and blooming flowers—and to celebrate the long, sun-drenched days. After all, even though summer days are long, the season passes by in the blink of an eye!

Take the party outside in a gorgeous poppy red dress from Brochu Walker belted with a leather wrap belt that goes with everything! I wear my gold earrings from Julie Vos often because they’re so versatile, but lately, I’ve been finding that these green beaded ones are very neutral and make a statement when paired with the matching necklace and they compliment this poppy red dress so beautifully!

About the table…the serving pieces should be as pretty as the food and I’m thinking of reasons to make a salad so I can use my fabulous resin salad servers! I’m also loving the bold bright colors in this table cover from Hat Attack…if bold isn’t your thing, this cover comes in other colors! I’ve also found the most gorgeous glassware on Amazon that will compliment any table you choose to set!
