To Tuck or Not To Tuck?
Occasionally, things get posted to Instagram that don’t quite make it to the blog, so every now and then, I like to do an Instagram roundup! Still trying to get used to our new normal and every day is different…especially with Amos! Coincidentally, he’s lying at my feet, patiently waiting until I finish this post so we can go for a walk…at least, I’m getting plenty of exercise!
I’m sure, you never noticed that I love block heel platform sandals and when I saw these amazing ones, I couldn’t help myself, I had to have them! #thequarantinemademedoit! I thought they would shine with a simple white silk blouse, skinny jeans, a transparent bag (fabulous) from Staud, and as always, my Julie Miles pearls. The only dilemma…to tuck or not to tuck the blouse…what do you think!>
Tie Dye to die for!
The tie dye theme continues with this cute cute tee (similar below). I found it on the website of my favorite local boutique, Rebecca & Co., and it fits in perfectly with my WFH wardrobe. I’ve been living in these sneakers from Vince because they’re sooo comfy and great with white jeans.
Clearly, I was craving something salty and I love Tostitos. My favorites are the hint of lime, but I haven’t been able to find them lately (except online), but in the afternoons, when I want a snack, these are very satisfying!
This outfit (below) just came together one afternoon. Not sure if you can tell from my face, but I was extremely annoyed with Baldy…he was rushing me! Anyway, the sweater (this sweater was the closest I could find but I love it) is very old Ulla Johnson (yes, I’ve been a fan from the beginning), paired with new off white jeans and my Chloe sandals. The bag is the icing on the cake and believe it or not, it’s from Target (here is a similar from H&M)!
Admittedly, I did go to Target recently to get a few essentials and just stumbled on these cute mules! Target has the best shoes right now. My pants are by Ulla Johnson and sold out everywhere because they fit so well (same pants but different color - here), the blouse is from Target (similar here)…it was lost in my closet from last year (never worn), and I paired all with my much loved Cult Gaia Ark bag.
Some of my favorite pieces came together in this outfit and I think its great for spring! Normally, I wear these shoes around the house haha (similar here and only $32), but I’m optimistic that soon I’ll be wearing them out to dinner (truffle fries and champagne anyone?)!
