Super Super Bowl Recipe - Air Fryer Salmon Bites with Homemade Ranch Dip
When I first saw this recipe,I knew I would be trying it because as youβve probably figured outβ¦I love salmon! I also donβt use my air fryer as often as want to and this was the perfect opportunity to put it to use and make something delicious! The only thing I would strongly recommend is having your fish monger take the skin off of the salmon for you because itβs such a pain to do it yourself!
This recipe comes together in a blink and I promise if anyone is home when you make it, theyβll be standing around waiting to eat a fresh, warm, delicious salmon bite as soon as they come out of the air fryer! Iβm usually not a ranch lover, but making a homemade ranch dip is a game changer and so easy that Iβm sure Iβll never buy ranch in a bottle again! These salmon bits are perfect for any occasionβ¦I even served them with coconut rice (my go to) and avocado last night for dinner because I made so many! When I first saw the recipe I thought it would be great for a Super Bowl snack, but be sure to make plenty because these delicious little nuggets go quickly! The recipe is belowβ¦let me know if you try this and please guysβ¦leave a comment!
A squeeze of fresh lemon makes these bites even more irresistible and I sprinkled a little of my favorite Honey Aleppo Seasoning over the entire platter. This is entirely optional, but very delicious! I use this seasoning on everythingβ¦there is nothing like it!
