Lemony Shrimp with Hoisin and Snow Peas
For the past three Sundays, I’ve made a video of what I’m preparing for our dinner and it has been well received on IGTV! I really enjoy doing this, so I’ve decided to make it a series and call it Sunday Dinner with Suzanne. I’ll plan to make a new dish whenever I’m in town on Sunday evening! It’s really great for me because I try new things that are quick and easy and I hope it’s great for all of you as well. I hope you join me!
Last night, I prepared Lemony Shrimp With Hoisin and Snow Peas. It was so delicious that Baldy and I ate almost 2 pounds of shrimp, and believe me…I ate my share! I bought 2 pounds and adjusted the other ingredients slightly because I wanted leftovers, but there were only about 8 shrimp left! We’ll fight over them today!
If you buy the shrimp already peeled and deveined it cuts down on the prep time significantly. You really need to make this recipe and even though I said it serves 4, double it just in case!
