French Girl Style with Ba&sh

French Girl Style is a phrase we all hear often and want to emulate! It’s simple, chic and effortless and built on classic, great quality wardrobe pieces that stand the test of time!

I recently found a new French brand to obsess over called Ba&sh. Ba&sh was founded by Barbara and Sharron in 2003. Their collections are inspired by daily life, travel, art, film and more!.

The Ba&sh aesthetic is inspired by an effortless French sexiness, and a confident femininity. The clothes are ideal for women to live and move in!

In order to create a French Girl wardrobe, there are important key pieces you should consider and they include… a silk blouse, a midi dress, a beautiful bag, classic ankle boots, a tailored blazer, a striped top, a neutral trench coat, tailored cropped pants, a silk scarf (also vintage Hermes here) and a pair of jeans that fit beautifully.

I paired my ba&sh blouse with my favorite jeans from Moussy, a pair of mules from Vince (similar here with a lower heel) and my Cult Gaia bag. When the weather gets a little cooler, I’ll trade the bag for one that is better for fall and the mules for a pair of booties! This outfit is effortless and chic!

I love to shop in small boutiques because they often have one of a kind pieces that you don’t see everywhere! I purchased my ba&sh blouse from Rebecca & Company in Greensboro, NC. Be sure to check out their website!

I’m including a boutique below with more of my favorite pieces from ba&sh! While I know that these pieces are a bit pricy, they can still serve as inspiration if you’re trying to create a more streamlined, classic French Girl wardrobe! Enjoy!
