4 Easy Early Fall Outfit Ideas
Blazers have always been a chic and easy way to update your wardrobe and perfect for transitioning into another season. With fall fast approaching, and my wardrobe being stored literally all over my house because of our renovation, I am trying to think about easy ways to create a small capsule wardrobe that will get me through the fall season without loosing my mind. My solution, is to rotate a few great blazers and jeans along with a couple of dresses so that I can easily get dressed and feel put together! All of the pieces I’m showing here are so versatile and will absolutely take you through the fall season and beyond.
Boston Proper is known for stylish clothing that’s well made at a reasonable price and they did not disappoint with their fall collection! One of my favorite pieces is this fabulous sweater blazer! It’s soooo cozy and soft and can be dressed up or down! I’ve paired it here with gold stilettos for a dressier look that would go out to dinner easily. For a more casual look, I would wear booties or a loafer. All of the jeans from Boston Proper are truly fabulous! I’m wearing the Monterey Boot Cut that makes my legs look a mile long! They have just enough stretch and still hold their shape after wearing them all day long. I added a simple tank under the sweater blazer but it looks great with a blouse or turtleneck for when the weather gets cooler.

In case you haven’t heard, metallics are a huge trend that’s still going strong from last season. Jackets are an easy way to incorporate this trend into your wardrobe if you love it like I do! This puff sleeve silver jacket is like a denim jacket, but so much more interesting and just as versatile! I styled it with light wash jeans and tan suede booties. This is an easy outfit to put together and I think you’ll agree, it’s such a fun look that’s just a bit unexpected! Wear this jacket as you would any denim jacket…over a dress, with trousers or joggers or with a skirt! I accessorized with silver jewelry, but I like to mix my metals, so gold would also be fine.

A little black dress is always a good idea! It’s nice to have a dress in your closet that works for many occasions and this one is just what I’ve been looking for! It’s ruched at the center, so it’s very flattering and I love the long sleeves. Add a jacket, booties (love the scrunch ones), a bag and even a scarf and you’re ready to go!
