A Stylish Start to Fall From The Inside Out!

If I asked you to name all the things that you love, how long would it take you to name yourself?

Lately, I've been calling myself a spiritual fashionista! Why?...because I truly believe that each and every one of us can create the life we want.  We do this by choosing the thoughts we think and the energy that we put into the world.  We create our own reality.  Having said all of that, I also love fashion and being surrounded by beautiful things and I don't think that the two are mutually exclusive.  I want to share my passion for figuring out how to navigate this life, my ups and downs and my inspiration for all things spiritual, and I ALSO want to share my love of fashion, great food, the best products and the most beautiful things.  After some deep reflection, I know that Crazy Blonde Life has to be about more than just fashion and pretty things, it has to reflect where I am in my life.  I have been through so many trials since starting this blog and still I'm learning every day to put myself on the list of things I love in order to make my life the best it can be.  I want to show you the fashion I'm excited about, while encouraging you to live a more beautiful life, mind, body and soul.  I believe it comes from the inside out.  There have been times when I've worried about being judged as shallow, but I've realized that I can't worry about what anyone else thinks...I have to be myself.  I've always been interested in spirituality, food and fashion so...I'm branding myself the spiritual fashionista.

I'm quite sure that there are those that would say that spirituality and fashion don't go together, however I feel that self expression through how we dress is a way to honor our minds and bodies.  There is no shame in letting your divine inner goddess shine through in your physical appearance, your beautiful home and the way you live your day to day life.

Life is a journey of self discovery and it's only after you begin to discover who you really are (not who you think you should be) and start to write the story of your most authentic self can you begin to express that to the world with your personal, unique style.  Take some time to get to know yourself.  Pay attention to the things that ignite a spark in you and make you glad to be alive.  Start the day by practicing gratitude and expecting the best for yourself.  My suggestion is to wake up, make a cup of coffee, light a candle and spend 10 - 20 minutes meditating and journaling.  Taking care of yourself in the morning sets the tone for your day so find a ritual that you love and stick with it because YOU deserve it.  Be 100% certain that the day will bring opportunity.  Choose to be the person you want to be today.  Don't fall back into the thought patterns that lead you to do the same things over and over again - you know, those things that don't bring you joy!  Trust your Intuition and know for sure that you are always being guided.  Allow your inner knowing to thrive through quiet reflection, meditation, journaling and connecting with like minded souls who will encourage you.  Decide that today will be the best day of your life and let your outer appearance reflect that.  Using these spiritual tools will open the floodgates for living your Fullest Potential!

An important thing to consider in this quest to live your best life is a good closet clean out!  My advice...and I'm getting ready to take the plunge, is to get rid of anything that doesn't make your soul sing when you put it on.  If you have to think about it, you don't need to keep it!  As you access the things that are left, the items you truly love, you'll begin to see a pattern of personal style that you may not have know you had.  Once your closet is under control, you may also find that getting dressed is a much more pleasant experience and that you are less judgmental of yourself because you're seeing a reflection of who you truly are!

This journey we call life never ends, so strive to be the fullest expression of who you authentically are.

“First love your body,
then love your mind,
and then love your soul,
and then love your totality,
then love your reality.
These five things, you must do.” ~ Yogi Bhajan
