Your Wildest Dreams

β€œIt’s ok if you fall down and lose your spark. Just make sure that when you get back up, you rise as the whole damn fire.”

Fall Transitional Outfit

I put that quote on Instagram not long ago and got a lot of responses, but one really stayed with me and it said this: β€œYour words about the spark going out encapsulates exactly how I feel. Not sure the fire will ignite again.”

I read that response and it made me feel very sad. I know we’ve all felt this way from time to time, and midlife is a time of especially significant change that can leave us paralyzed and unsure what the next step is, but in spite of that I know…

WE CAN GET OUR SPARK BACK

ALL IT TAKES IS A SHIFT IN PERSPECTIVE

A SIMPLE CHOICE…

CHAOSE AND CONFUSION

OR

MOTIVATION

I BELIEVE THAT I AM A CHILD OF GOD AND I BELIEVE THAT YOUR ARE TOO!

I BELIEVE IT IS MY BIRTHRIGHT TO CHOOSE THE LIFE I WANT TO LIVE AND I BELIEVE IT IS YOUR BIRTHRIGHT AS WELL.

PLEASE DON’T EVER THINK THAT YOU HAVE TO LIVE A LIFE THAT’S LESS THAN WHAT YOU WANT

I ENCOURAGE YOU TO START RIGHT NOW…RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE

START TO CHOOSE DIFFERENT THOUGHTS

THE ONLY THING THAT IS EVER REQUIRED OF YOU IS A WILLINGNESS TO SEE THINGS DIFFERENTLY

EVERY TIME A FEARFUL THOUGHT COMES UP

CHANGE IT TO SOMETHING DIFFERENT…

SIMPLY CHOOSE TO THINK - β€œEVERYTHING IS ALWAYS WORKING OUT FOR ME”

TAKE ONE SMALL (TINY IS FINE) STEP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION…EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

YOU WILL SEE YOUR LIFE START TO CHANGE

YOU WILL FEEL BETTER

GO HOWEVER SLOWLY YOU NEED TO GO, BUT GO IN THE DIRECTION OF YOUR DREAMS

ONE TINY STEP AT A TIME

BE APPRECIATIVE OF THE THINGS THAT ARE WORKING

FIND JOY IN SMALL DETAILS

DO SOMETHING KIND FOR SOMEONE ELSE

LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND FIND ONE THING THAT YOU LOVE ABOUT YOURSELF

CHOOSE TO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!

PLEASE…START TODAY AND YOU WILL SEE YOUR LIFE CHANGE

BECAUSE…

IF NOT NOW, WHEN?

When I started Crazy Blonde Life four years ago, my life was in a state of turmoil. My last baby (the youngest of 3 daughters) was leaving for college and my marriage was in serious trouble. Everything I knew to be true about my life was changing and I didn’t know what to do. One day, I decided that I had something to say. I wasn’t sure what it was, but I chose to start a blog and called it Crazy Blonde Life. I truly felt like a Crazy Blonde at that time. I also signed up for yoga teacher training and dove into reading A Course in Miracles. Things got worse instead of better, and there were days when I didn’t think I could make it because the pain was so bad. Instead of giving up, I continued to learn about blogging, I finished my yoga teacher training and I just kept on moving forward…one tiny tiny step at a time. There are still days that feel hopeless and I feel scared, but I know it’s temporary. I have big dreams and I want a big life! Every day (really every moment) is a new day and a chance to start over. I know that my wildest dreams have already been lined up for me and all I have to do is line up with them. Find the joy in whatever way you can and I promise that things will work out…maybe in a way that is far better than anything you ever expected!
