Following My Passion

For many years of my life I ran a catering business and I really enjoy cooking and eating delicious locally sourced, beautiful food.  In January of this year, I decided that I wanted to start catering again.  I created bySuzanne Catering and began advertising what I thought I wanted to do.  It wasn't long before I realized that my passion is making gourmet grazing tables and boards.  I love the creativity of displaying food to be visually pleasing and artfully arranged.  I have decided to change bySuzanne to reflect this passion.  I will be offering a variety of cheese, charcuterie, veggies, fruits, gourmet spreads, homemade breads and more to please every palate.  I have been gathering unusual tables, baskets, boards, platters and trays to display my creations and I have something for every occasion from a small cocktail party to a large 500 person event.   I will deliver a small board to your home or come and set up a large table for your event.  My gourmet grazing boards can be part of your party menu or a complete spread!  I'm really excited about following my passion.

I'll still be blogging every day and sharing fashion, lifestyle and of course, food!
