AN EARLY BIRTHDAY PARTY!
Last Sunday night my sister Catherine threw a Girl's Night Birthday Party for me! It was a perfect evening...the weather was so nice, the company was great, and the food was delicious! We met early so we could enjoy the beautiful sunshine and talk while we nibbled on delicious hors'doeuvres and drank Rose (my favorite)!
The party invitation is adorable! It's so exciting to have a birthday party!
I love having Lauren and Sarah close by and I so wish that Rebecca could have joined us for the evening!
This cheese board was so delicious! I love the combination of cheese and dates, the sweet and savory go so well together!

The menu was a fantastic Spring Vegetable Soup, green salad and homemade gluten free cornbread! It was divine!
These cupcakes were so adorable and delicious! Some were gluten free and some were not but you really couldn't tell the difference!

I can hardly remember not knowing Tonia! We have been through so much together - the thick and the thin! AND Tonia is the most talented hairstylist..she keeps me from having to know what color my hair really is!
Ann, on the right is my great friend and back door neighbor! Ann grows the most wonderful pots of herbs right outside of her back door and lets me come and snip them when I need!

I wish I had thought to take a picture of the gift that Britt gave me! It is a striped lightweight blanket that I'm going to take everywhere with me this summer! It will be great for the beach, to wrap up in while watching a movie and even great to throw in my bag for a flight (hopefully to someplace warm and tropical)!
