Over the past year, I’ve had a real battle with my hair. For some unknown reason, it just started breaking off and was so dry. Knowing what I know now, it could have been diet and/or stress. I may never know, but thank goodness, it’s getting better. I have tried to keep the heat off of my hair which is so important and I don’t wash it but every three or four days and make sure to deep condition. These are a few of the products that I’ve found to be very helpful for getting my hair healthy again. I have tried others, but these are the ones that I come back to again and again.
Do you have any recommendations for dry damaged hair? Let me know in the comments below! Happy Friday!

I have a problem with dry hair and frizz and haven’t tried any of the products you listed. I’m especially interested in the oil and the Awapuhi shampoo and conditioner. Thanks so much for the reviews!

Hi Ruth!
The shampoo smells so good and you will absolutely love the oil! I use a tiny bit at night on my cuticles before going to bed! I’ve been using it for years!
I have issues with damaged, frizz and somewhat dry hair. My hair is baby fine, not thinning, although it could use more volume. I also use dry shampoo as I don’t wash everyday either. Thanks for the reviews, I’ll try some of them out.
Hi Teresa! It’s so hard not to have damaged hair these days! I would recommend the Awapuhi Mousse for sure! It gives great hold and volume, but is really moisturizing!
