Baked Feta With Lemon, Capers and Rosemary

01

This delicious appetizer is incredibly simple, looks impressive, and tastes even better. It’s great on its own, or include it as part of a cheeseboard. Either way, it’s a real crowd pleaser for your next party!

To assemble, just add a block of feta to a baking dish (I used a small cast iron skillet), top with olive oil, herbs, lemon, and capers, and bake for about 20 minutes! Feta becomes extra creamy and spreadable when it’s baked and the flavors of rosemary and lemon take this appetizer to the next level.

This recipe is so good that it might be hard to share. Your guests will love it and so will you because it’s so simple to prepare and so delicious!
