This year is flying by and I can’t even believe it’s almost summer and that I have another birthday in about a week! I have a love/hate relationship with my birthday at this point! I don’t want to be any older, but it’s so much fun to eat cake and unwrap presents and my birthday is so closely followed by Mother’s Day that I get to unwrap lots of presents! The spring season has so much to look forward to from May Day to the Kentucky Derby!

I always love to receive pajamas (also love these) for any occasion…you can never have too many pairs! I love all kinds…silk, cotton, and bamboo! It’s so nice to put on a pair of freshly ironed pajamas and slip into a clean bed at night! Now that I have a fabulous bathtub to sink into, I’ll have a bath first and pour in some scented bath oil while I soak!

I also love to receive practical little gifts that are thoughtful but not expensive like hand cream (this one is a favorite and has a lovely clean scent), lip balm, blankets and candles.

For going out, you know I love a gorgeous dress when the weather is warm and I’ve found a few good ones that are affordable! I also love to come home (or get up) and put on a two piece set so that I look put together while I’m lounging. Ya’ll, I have to admit that I don’t lounge very often, but I still like to look put together!

I’m a jeans girl through and through, but I do also like the comfort and ease of a pair of joggers for a change! Styled with sneakers or fun sandals, it’s a perfect Saturday outfit!
