Fashion can be difficult…in the spring, we want to shed layers, but it’s often still cool. In the Fall, we want to add layers, but it’s often still hot. What is the answer? I’ve found that especially in the spring, I just have to get my mind right and sometimes, for the sake of a cute outfit, just be a little chilly! Of course, that theory was great for last year in March before everything changed, but now, I’m even more willing to be a little chilly because I want to get dressed and go out so badly.

One of the ways to incorporate Spring into your wardrobe is to begin wearing sandals…with sweaters, blazers and jackets. Of course, there will still be days when boots are necessary…like today! With a high of 50 and rain, I will not be wearing sandals!

As you know from reading Crazy Blonde Life, my style is casual for the most part. I wear more dresses in the summer and fall, but jeans are a wardrobe staple. I’m shoe obsessed and believe that shoes can elevate any outfit although I will say that quarantine has turned me into a sneaker girl!

My favorite trends for spring are pastels, especially lavender…cardigans – love them with a tee or just buttoned up, white dresses, wide leg pants and platform sandals (I just bought).
