And…now for the drink! I may be the last person on the planet to get on board with an Aperol Spritz, but I’m hooked! My daughter Lauren drinks them in the summer but I, for some reason thought I wouldn’t like them! Last night, I wanted something refreshing after a long day and decided to try an Aperol Spritz. The thing I love most is the ease of preparation! Simply fill a glass with ice, pour in Aperol to about 1/3, pour in Prosecco almost to the top, add Perrier and garnish with an orange! Easy, delicious and very refreshing! This will be my go-to drink this summer!
