Six Fall Outfits to Wear On Repeat

01

I have quite a busy week ahead, so I decided to go ahead and plan six fall outfits for everything on my calendar. The looks below are what I came up with and it’s nice to have them hanging in my closet ready to go. I’m so excited that the weather is finally cool, and it’s been absolutely gorgeous here…low humidity and the bluest sky which makes putting together fall outfits even easier!

Today, my photographer is coming to photograph these looks, along with some really gorgeous items from Spartina 449 and holiday pieces from Avara that I know you’ll love. But for now…keep scrolling for more about the looks that will carry me through the week!

Friday night, Baldy and I are going to a fall cocktail party, and I’m planning to wear my new leopard jacket with fur sleeves, satin pants from La Ligne and brown suede booties, along with the cutest little fur bag from Avara. I’m looking forward to getting dressed up, and this seemed like the perfect occasion to wear the jacket.

I also have soooo many errands with everything going on at the house, including a meeting with my designer later today and a trip to look at fixtures for the kitchen. For those outings, I’ll wear my navy jacket with jeans and cowboy boots…cute and practical!

I have book club, which will start outside for cocktail hour before we move inside for dinner and a discussion of The Correspondent. I decided to wear black pants, a leopard blouse (one of my favorite purchases) and a cozy faux fur vest with brown stiletto booties. The vest will be perfect for the outdoor part of the evening.

Another look I have planned for lunch out and errands features a cozy sweater from Marea, metallic jeans from AMO that will also be great going into the holidays, and the most comfortable fur-lined Mary Janes from Dolce Vita. I’ve been living in these shoes! The metallic pants make an otherwise casual outfit feel a little more special.

My favorite outfit of all may just be this fabulous jacket from Cara Cara paired with new jeans from Paige. I found the jeans at Anthropologie while visiting my daughter last weekend, and the fit is amazing. The length is perfect with a lower-heel bootie, which I love. This is one of those outfits I’ll be finding reasons to wear.

Lastly, dinner out Saturday night will be a bit casual, but I still wanted to make it special. I’m planning to wear grey silk taffeta pants from Donni (you know I love these pants), Stuart Weitzman kitten-heel sock booties…they have such a great heel, and a favorite cropped leopard coat from Ann Taylor (similar here) that I bought last season. Apparently, I’m giving my leopard quite a workout this week!

I’ve been doing a bit of shopping and feel really good about my purchases. Between the new pieces and favorites I already own, I have plenty of outfits to carry me through the winter. And there’s more to come! In addition to the pieces from Spartina 449 and Avara that I mentioned, I have a few very special holiday things that I’m excited to share with you soon. It’s going to be a fun season to get dressed!

I hope these looks give you a few ideas for your own fall and holiday plans! Whether it’s book club, dinner with friends or a cocktail party you’ve been looking forward to, putting together an outfit you love is part of the fun. Pull out a few favorites, try a new combination, and give yourself something to look forward to wearing!

Thanks so much for reading today!
