How Will You Celebrate Spring?

01

Your past is not your future unless you live there – and living there prevents you from learning how to find joy in the present. ~ Tony Robbins

Even though it may not feel like spring in some places, we are in a new season. With every beginning, just as the new year, it’s good to celebrate and set intentions for the coming season. Spring signals new birth…new beginnings. What do you want to grow in your life? Allow yourself time to dream and be open to possibilities. You just never know what’s possible if you don’t allow yourself to dream! You can become a co-creator of your life!

Look for joy in your day, practice gratitude and be kind to yourself. Replace the things that aren’t serving you with different and better things. Small changes over time will make a big difference. Every morning, make a commitment to finder wonder in your day and be curious! Curiosity is the first step to creating…is there something you want to bring into your life in this new season?

Get really curious and explore the possibilities.

Here are a few ways to get started…

Start a dream journal and write in it each day. I love this quote from Alice in Wonderland…“Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.” What dream seems impossible?

Set daily intentions and come back to them during the day to keep them fresh in your mind. Writing your intentions makes them more likely to happen. Stay clear and move in the direction you desire!

Accept and be grateful for where you are, knowing that everything is happening for a reason. This can be hard when things aren’t going the way you want, but there is a lesson in everything if you’re willing to learn it. At the same time you are embracing the now, know that change always comes and become a conduit for the energy you’re wanting to bring into your life.

As always, remember to be kind to yourself…eat well, meditate, journal and move your body!

It is never too late to begin again!

Baldy took these pictures for me yesterday evening and even thought it was a beautiful first day of spring, it was still very chilly! I got a little silly just trying to move and stay warm!

Spanx sent me two pairs of these amazing and I think…very flattering jeans. I’m pretty obsessed with this style…they’re very comfortable and easy to wear. If you’re short…I will warn you that the length is longer so you will either need to get them hemmed or wear tall shoes like I did. My sandals are from Veronica Beard and they will probably end up being my most worn shoes of the season because they go with everything from dresses to jeans to shorts and they’re very comfy! Hi Suzanne,
I would surely break an ankle wearing those shoes. I don’t know how you do it! But you always look so good and must feel confident in them!
I love the phrase “it’s never too late to begin again”, something I will keep in mind every day! Trying to manifest a future I will love…
