The warm spring weather we’ve been having lately has made me think about Easter and what I want to make for our lunch. We always have an Easter egg hunt for the grandchildren after we eat and dessert needs to be special. I am not often in the mood to bake, but lately, for some reason I’ve been wanting to get in the kitchen and bake something special. I started looking around for recipes and found these 12 that really stand out! Some are easier to make than others, but I’m sure all are delicious. If you’re looking for something really easy, but very delicious…I suggest my recipe for Buttermilk Pie (below). It’s an old Southern favorite and I’ve never met anyone who didn’t love it! Top it with raspberries for a really pretty presentation!
