I’m all for defining your own unique style, but at the same time, it’s great to have a look that’s timeless. How do you go about building a wardrobe filled with timeless pieces to achieve this? Here are a few simple tips for mastering the art of individual yet timeless style plus a few of my favorite staples under $100 for you to shop. 

Investing in clothing and accessories that can be mixed and matched in interesting ways is key to achieving a timeless style. Some of my favorites include crew neck sweaters, trench coats, well-fitted jeans, a white button-down, classic tee shirts, neutral accessories, and trousers. Prints such as stripes, animal prints and plaids are great investments that never go out of style.

Timeless style is about knowing your body, deciding what looks best on it, and feeling confident in it.

Now that you’ve invested in some classic wardrobe pieces, all that’s left is styling it. When you’re putting pieces together, remember to balance your look so it’s proportional. When wearing a pair of skinny jeans, throw on a chunky knit and add a blazer. It’s a look you can wear forever!
