The past couple of months have been truly amazing for me in so many ways, and I’m so grateful for the experiences I’ve been able to have! The truth is, however, I’m feeling overwhelmed and stressed because of taking on too much with Crazy Blonde Life and still having other responsibilities to fulfill. I’m doing my best to look at this in a positive way because I know that everything happens for a reason. I’ve learned so much about myself in this new year. I know that I like to have creative control and from here on out, I will only take on projects that allow me to have that control. I’ve also learned that free time…time with friends…time to blog in my own way and time to keep our home beautiful, are very important to me. When I say that my life is my blog and my blog is my life, I truly mean it…there isn’t much separation, so it’s important that I’m living a life that I want to blog about!

Over the next couple of days, I’ll fulfill my obligations, and then, I’ve made a list of things that will spark that light in me and I do hope that you’ll enjoy them as much as I will!

I’m finally finding some high waisted pants that I like and these from Citizens of Humanity are high on the list. I love the length…they’re slightly cropped so they’ll be great with sandals later and I’m loving them with booties now. It’s hard to see the top I’m wearing because it’s under the jacket, but it’s a sleeveless tank from Michael stars in a green/grey color that will look amazing with white this summer! My jacket is an oldie but goodie from Cupcakes and Cashmere that I seem to pull out more in the spring. The snakeskin booties are on constant rotation as is the Marni bag.
