Spring is usually the time when you decide to finally try some of the major fashion trends of the year. The weather has cleared up (hopefully) and the days are longer, but spring collections also tend to be a little more playful (think florals) and colorful compared with the outerwear-heavy ones for fall. Spring colors normally mean pastels—shades of yellow, green, pink, blue, and purple that seem appropriate after months of black, brown, navy, mustard, and burgundy. But the collections arriving in stores right now may inspire you to go a little bolder for Spring 2019 with golden yellows, lime greens, and bright oranges in addition to the beautiful pastels.
