“Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations.” ~ Zig Ziglar
I feel strong on the days when I wake up with gratitude and appreciation. Starting my day focused on what is good in my life and what I have to be thankful for always makes for a day with less stress and anxiety, regardless of what the day might bring. I feel strong when I can empower and encourage other women by being positive and uplifting. I know that Life is literally bursting with possibility and it feels good to share.
I feel strong when I can speak my truth in a heartfelt and authentic way. I feel strong when I realize that after everything I have gone through and am still going through, I can hold my head high and know that I have done enough. I am proud of myself for being strong.
I feel strong when I allow myself and my needs to matter. My heart and soul need to be taken care of as much as I need to take care of others. I feel strong on the days when I remain focused on the positivity of love and hope and leave behind the negativity of struggle and pain.
I feel strong when I realize that my willingness to talk about and embrace my imperfections has helped someone else be courageous. So much beauty is found in our lovely quirky imperfection.
I feel strong because I know that my existence in this Universe is no accident.
Every day, I fall, somedays more than others, but I always get back up, because I am strong. I feel strong because I can rise above my limiting beliefs and tell a whole new fabulous story about my life. I feel strong because I believe in the magic of the everyday. What makes you feel strong?
Happy Saturday!
I feel strong when I go for my daily walk and I feel BETTER after it instead of WORSE
I love that one so much! Just being outside in Nature makes such a difference!
This is such a great post! So many ways to feel strength, ways I hadn’t really identified as such, but I realize the truth: Letting your own needs matter, focusing on love and positivity, being grateful, knowing you’ve done your best and enough…I didn’t necessarily think of those actions and thoughts as creating strength, but they DO! (Oh, and daily yoga, too!) Thank you for the reminder and for writing these posts which are encouraging and supportive.

These are my favorite kinds of posts because they make me think! It’s so easy to get in a rut, but feels so much better to be positive and love life! Not sure why that is, but I guess it’s about contrast! We don’t know what we want sometimes until we know what we Don’t want! Hope you’re weekend is great so far!
