A lack of self confidence can cause chaos in our lives.  It can affect our decision making process, causing us to make decisions based on fear…fear of rejection and fear of change.  Discovering how to accept yourself instead of longing for the acceptance of others can and will change your life.  I believe it comes with believing that we are connected to a power greater than ourselves and calling on that wisdom when doubt creeps in!

About the outfit – I have long been a fan of Rebecca Taylor clothing.  It’s so well made, feminine and timeless.  I have pieces in my closet that are at least 10 years old and I still wear them!  They aren’t inexpensive, but when you consider price per wear you just can beat the price!  I found this top at my favorite local boutique, Rebecca & Company, but I’ve linked the exact blouse as well as shoes and jeans to shop below.  

My daughter Rebecca is flying in tonight and we’re driving to Bald Head Island tomorrow where we’ll be joined by my oldest daughter Lauren and her family (including Hudson!)  We’ll be spending most of our time at the beach and pool, but we’ll also have a few dinners out!  I love to wear a casual outfit with white jeans to dinner at the beach and this one is perfect!  I can’t wait to share our beach trip!
