10 Things to Do and Try in April

April is one of the best months of spring and I’m feeling inspired to do and try some new things!  Here are some suggestions to make the most of April!

Try a new beauty product!  It’s time to refresh your skin care and makeup products for warm weather.  Dermalogica Sound Sleep Cocoon is on my list to try and I’ve linked other great products below.

Replace your old pillowcase with one that can actually improve your skin and hair!

Invite your friends over for a French themed dinner party, complete with French wine and fresh flowers!

Try Intermittent Fasting and be ready to hit the beach this summer!  Research shows that when you eat within shorter windows, you lose weight and feel great.
