When my daughters were little, Pasta with Butter, Parmesan and Fresh Herbs was their favorite dinner.  You really can’t beat it for a busy evening when you don’t have much time to cook.  It’s delicious comfort food that everyone will love.  Serve alongside grilled chicken or salmon (it would also be perfect with this recipe) and use one of the additional ingredients I’ve listed in the recipe for a menu that would even work for a dinner party!  Enjoy!
