There are so many choices in jeans right now and I’m loving that colored jeans are making a comeback! More often than not on the weekend, I find myself in comfortable clothing because I’m running around shopping or going antiquing (like tomorrow) or buying plants…so many different things. The outfit that I’m wearing here is absolutely the best for doing all of those things. The yellow jeans from Anthropologie have a boyfriend cut so they are extra comfy, the shirt is sleeveless (on the off chance that we finally have a hot day), the denim jacket goes with everything and the sneaks from Vince are cute and I can wear them all day long! I love to throw on a necklace that ties an outfit together and makes me feel just a little more polished. This one from Ashley Westcott of Lush Designs just happened to be the perfect color; it even has a little grey in the beading to match the shoes!
I think this outfit proves that you don’t have to choose between comfort and style on the weekends!
Get a little crazy with these over the rainbow colors in jeans!
Weekends are made to relax, to run errands, to go shopping, to go to brunches with your friends, to spend time with your family… so while feeling stylish you still want to be cozy and casual! I hope you all have a great weekend filled with fun and most of all love!

Love your blog! Can you share how you curl your beautiful hair with the products you use etc. and what brand & shade/color of lipstick are you wearing …soo pretty on you!
Thank you so much Alexa! My hair is naturally curly, so I straighten it with a round brush and then curl it with a 1-1/2 inch barrel curling iron. I use different products, but I love Redkin shampoo and conditioner, R & Co. dry shampoo is my favorite, I use Davine’s hair oil because my hair is dry. I put it on when I finish drying it and before I curl it. I also like Dry Bar heat protectant cream. My lipstick is probably a Dior Addict color, but I don’t remember which one. I also love Buxom lip gloss. I am so bad about losing lipstick…I leave it in pocketbooks or in the car, but the worst is when I leave it in the pocket of my jeans and wash it! Well I was planning on following you. “Met”you through The Midlife Fashionista’s blog. Unfortunately rolling through the comments section…well let’s just say I think at this stage in the game we all should be supporting each other instead of trying to tear each other down…Frankly who wants to spend “the second half” giving attention to that. You should consider “content moderation” that way you sift through the B.S.. Personally, I frequent these websites of women (of my age) for inspiration , encouragement, support, and at times a good chuckle.
