I ordered these cute sock booties from Zara a few weeks ago and couldn’t wait to wear them when they came!  They are not booties for everyday, but at the sale price of $12.99, I figured that they would be perfect for Valentine’s Day, plus they make me smile every time I look at my feet!  I paired them with a red sweater (this one is so cute) that I’ve had for a while, white jeans and a perfectly matching bag from Gigi New York.  I realize this outfit isn’t for everyone, but I will be wearing it on Valentine’s Day with my red lipstick!

Sock booties are exactly what they sound like…they hit around the lower calf and are fitted around the ankle, just like a sock.  Wear them as I have here with cropped jeans, which is probably the easiest!  You could also wear them with longer jeans that aren’t so skinny, or roll up your longer jeans (one roll please) so they hit just above the bootie.  If you don’t roll them, just make sure that your booties and pants are the same color.  They are also fun with dresses or trousers!
