Fall Denim & Booties 4 Ways – Crazy Blonde Style

01

Denim was made for fall. It’s the backbone of my wardrobe starting in September and it has been since I was in high school and always looked forward to an annual back to school shopping trip. I worked as a waitress and spent my tips on jeans and sweaters and some things never change. One thing is for sure…wearing a brand new pair of jeans is something I never get tired of!

This season, there are so many choices from side stripes and leopard, to button up the front and wide leg cropped jeans. I always love my distressed comfy go to’s with a black sweater and I also love to mix leopard booties with a floral print blouse. Change up your boots and bags and add a scarf or jacket as it gets colder, because if you’re like me, you’ll be living in your jeans until spring comes around again! Here are 4 ways to get in on the looks yourself.

I tried my best to find the exact blouse that I’m wearing in the first picture and even though I only bought it about 2 weeks ago at Anthropologie, it’s just not on the website so I found several others that I really like.

I’m still in Atlanta…waiting on my grandson to be born! I’ll keep you posted and you know I’ll be sharing pictures as soon as I have some to share! Happy Sunday!

    Hey Suzanne,

I love, love, LOVE your outfits in this post! The brown sweater esp. caught my attention in that the top and bottom are a little ruffled……very pretty and unique.

I wanted to mention that I really enjoyed the post you posted a while back, showing us the sandals and the outfit you were wearing, that were all from Target. As much as I wished I could afford the high-end clothing, I have to stick to my budget. Hopefully, in the near future, you will post more affordable clothing, from the ‘not so expensive’ stores. I love to see the styles that are out there (I do my shopping, mostly, online), and it’s interesting to see how you piece more affordable pieces together that not only allows me to learn more on how to cordinate them, but also, it allows me to see what’s available and one of the different ways of wearing each piece. You have great taste in clothing! You have expensive taste in clothing, but I would LOVE to see what your taste is in more affordable clothing. You are very inspiring and have made me go, online to eBay, and purchase my snakeskin booties. I also purchased a pair of leopard print booties….both ideas, I got from you…….Thank you, because I am really enjoying them. I did not know you could mix other prints with the leopard print…..wow! I think that’s an interesting mix.

Thanks for all you share with us and the hard work that goes into the great content of your blog.

Have a wonderful Sunday, and Congratulations on your soon-to-be grandson!

      Hi Renae

Thank you so much for your comment and suggestions! I do try to mix high and low pieces on the blog because that’s what I do in my everyday life. I have a post coming up with pieces from Gap and some great Target shoes, so watch for that one. Also, I have just recently posted several outfits from Loft! Check out these posts – Taking The Inevitable Journey, Daily Outfit – Leopard Jeans, and Daily Outfit – A Flirty Dress. All of those outfits were from Loft and very affordable.

I am enjoying both my grandsons this week and will be sad to leave Atlanta! I hope you’re having a great week and Happy Halloween!

      Hi Kim

Yes I do dry clean but I try to wear them several times before I take them to the cleaners. Thanks for your comment and Happy Halloween!
