There is a certain peace in knowing that we are all so much alike.  Everyone has bad days and everyone makes mistakes.  It all about being human.  There is no mapped out plan or rule book for being human and sometimes life can be confusing.  I guess we can’t understand how good things are without having experienced some bad days.  It’s the contrast that teaches us and the joy is in the journey.  

None of that has anything to do with the pictures on my post today…I’m just reflecting on the ups and downs of life.  

I’m leaving for Nashville today and it’s just as hot there as it has been here in North Carolina so this Michael Stars dress (mine is from last season, but this one is similar) is definitely coming with me.  The colors and the loose turtleneck say fall, but the dress is lightweight and I’ll feel great wearing it.  I love Michael Stars dresses because they’re simple and casual but still look great.  I paired mine with Tory Burch wedges (I need these) and a Chloe bag.  I’ve linked some similar items below for shopping.
