It wouldn’t by lying to say that I’m obsessed with this velvet jacket from Cabi!  I loved it the minute I saw it, but then I put it on and knew I had to have it.  It’s lightweight and the perfect neutral color so it goes with everything and it’s a great length to wear with high waisted jeans.  Cabi has some really great pieces and you’ll want to see the entire fall collection!

The jeans I’m wearing go with basically every shoe that I own from flats to booties to block heel sandals…the choices are endless!  However, I decided to jazz up a basic jeans, tee, jacket outfit with my red Valentino’s and I think it makes a fun outfit and honestly, these jeans (last seen here) aren’t so basic!

It makes me a little sad to be talking already about transitional wardrobe pieces, but summer is coming to an end soon.  Even though I’m planning for fall, I do still plan to enjoy every last moment of summer!
